The Orchard House top floor has one large self-contained unit with a dining area, living room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms.  The house may be available as one larger unit or as a one bedroom self-contained unit.

One of the wrap around decks on the upper floor which overlooks the orchard and horses fields.  From this deck you can watch the boats in Telegraph Harbour.

The modern kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a 4- piece ensuite bathroom and a door opening onto the east deck.

The living room/dining room area is very spacious and it includes a stage area with an antique grand piano.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and shares the main 4-piece bathroom.

The bathroom on the left is part of the 1 bedroom lower suite.
